Mr. John C. Hackett, age 76 of Prescott, Arkansas passed away, Tuesday, August 14, 2018 in Texarkana, TX. He was born April 29, 1942 in Mobile, AR, to Hardin Edward and Willa Frances Hackett and grew up in Lake Village, AR. He was a retired Owner and Operator of Custom Safety Management and a beloved friend to many. He is preceded in death by his parents, H.E. and Willa Hackett of Greenville, MS.

Mr. Hackett is survived by his wife of over 57 years, Dorothy Lynn, daughter, Carole Poindexter (Harold) of Texarkana, AR, Son, Jay Hackett (Christy) of Fulton, AR, several Grandchildren and Greatgrandchildren, and a host of extended family members and life-long friends. The family would like to extend their heart-felt thanks to the nurses and staff at Hospice of Texarkana.

Visitation will be Thursday August 16, 2018 from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm at BRAZZEL/Cornish in Prescott, AR. A Graveside service to follow, Thursday August 16, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Memory Gardens in Hope, AR with Bro. Neil Ridling officiating.
