Mr. John William Neel III, age 70 of Hope, Arkansas formerly of New Orleans, Louisiana passed away, Wednesday, September 24, 2014 in Laurel Place Nursing Home and Rehabilitation in Hope, Arkansas. Mr. Neel was born August 12, 1944 in New Orleans, Louisiana to John William Neel, Sr. and Elizabeth Reed Neel. He was of the Catholic Faith and had worked in the printing department of the Charity Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is preceded in death by his parents. His survivors include; his wife, Sylvia Johnson Neel of Hope, his son; Earl Neel and wife, Kathy of Hope, his daughter; Theresa Aymond of Hope, a sister; Elizabeth Meyers of Slidell, Louisiana, his three grandchildren: Pearl Anna Marie Evans, John Eugene Evans and George Kable Neel, other family members and friends.
