Mr. Johnnie D. Stovall, age, 74, of Caney, Arkansas passed away, Friday, April 4, 2014, at his home. He was born June 14, 1939, in Nevada County, Arkansas to John Ivan and Ismay Rhodes Stovall. He was a Millwright with International Paper in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, U.S. Navy veteran, a Mason, a member of the Prescott Lodge #80 and Pine Bluff Lodge #69, and a member of Morris Baptist Church in Caney, Arkansas. Mr. Stovall was also, the past Grand Patron of Arkansas Order of Eastern Star in 2006. Mr. Stovall was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Mary Martin and grandchildren, Ashley Stovall and Justin Power. Mr. Stovall is survived by his wife, Helen Stovall of Caney, Arkansas, sons, Stephen Stovall of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and Brent Stovall and wife Marsha of White Hall, Arkansas, daughter, Charlotte Power of Sheridan, Arkansas, sister, Brenda Emmett, of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation for Mr. Stovall will be 2:00pm, to 4:00pm, Sunday, April 6, 2014, at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott. Funeral service for Mr. Stovall will be 2:00pm, Monday, April 7, 2014, at Morris Baptist Church in Caney with Bro. Matthew Miller, Bro.
