Mr. Jonathan "Johnny" Hammonds, age 54 of Hope, formerly of Bearden, Arkansas passed away Sunday, May 10, 2015 in Hope. Mr. Hammonds was born October 10, 1960, in Huntsville, Alabama to Evelyn Beech and Doyle Hammonds. Mr. Hammonds was a member of Bearden Assembly of God. He is preceded in death by his parents, his grandparents; L.H. "Shorty" and Mavine Hammonds, two brothers; Curt Greenman and David Hammonds, and a special aunt caregiver, Hazel Enlow. Survivors include; his stepmother, Jo Ann Hammonds of Waynesville, Missouri, three brothers; Mark Hammonds and his wife, Katia, of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, Patrick Hochberg and his wife, Christinia, of New Freedom, Pennsylvania, Duane Greenman of Wellville, New York, three sisters; Teresa Turner and her husband, B.J., of Hope, Arkansas, Donna Brashear and her husband, Rick, of Waynesville, Missouri, Debbie Haltom and her husband, Steve, of Hughes Springs, Texas, and numerous other relatives and friends. There will be no formal visitation. Graveside service will be 2:00pm Thursday, May 14, 2015 at Marlbrook Cemetery in Blevins, Arkansas.
