MR. JOSEPH T. TIM RHODES, 62, of Hope, Ark., passed away Monday, Dec. 10, 2007, at his home. He was born on May 31, 1945, in Earle, Ark., to Joe and Frankie Cloud Rhodes. He was a department manager with Firestone Rubber Plant in Prescott, Ark. He was a Baptist and an Air Force Veteran during the Vietnam War serving in Okinawa. He was preceded in death by his parents.
