Mr. Joseph F. Tonglet age 72, of Hope, passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2015 in a local nursing home. Mr. Tonglet was born August 18, 1943 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Joseph and Maxine Tonglet. He is of the Catholic Faith and he retired from Walle Printing Company. His greatest passion in life was his hobby of woodworking. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and he was a friend to all that knew him. Mr. Tonglet is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph A. and Maxine Conlin Tonglet, his wife, Margaret LeBlanc Tonglet, and one son, Joseph Tonglet Jr. Survivors include: two daughters; Kellie Tonglet of Luling, Louisiana, Jennifer Woods and her husband, Byron, of Hope, Arkansas, one sister, Norma Brown, of Covington, Lousiana, eight grandchildren; Jasmine and Rose Woods, Erica Belt, Katie Winstell, Zach Tonglet, Monique Tonglet, Brandon and Kayla Brown, one niece, Arlene Madonia, one nephew, Michael Brown, and other family and friends. Visitation is 1:00-2:00pm, Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home in Hope, Arkansas. Funeral service is 2:00pm, Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home with Rev. David Porterfield officiating. Burial to follow at Huckabee Cemetery in Hope, Arkansas.
