MRS. JOY CARLTON CHANDLER, 60, of Bodcaw, Arkansas, passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2008 at Christus St. Michael Health System, Texarkana, Texas. She passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2008 at Christus St. Michael Health System, Texarkana, Texas. She was born on December 7, 1947, in Bodcaw, Ark., to John Henry and Pearl Clements Carlton. She was a bookkeeper with Hix-Smith/ Smith Concrete of Nashville, Ark., having received her business degree from the former Red-River Vocational Technical College of Hope. She was a member of Union Baptist Church of Bodcaw, Ar. She was preceded in death by her father John Henry Carlton and one sister, Brenda Carlton Banks. HER SURVIVORS INCLUDE: HER HUSBAND: Ronald Chandler, Nashville, Ark. TWO SONS: David Riley Lemley, Texarkana, TX. Steve Lemley, Texarkana, Ark. TWO DAUGHTERS: Kelly Park and Griffin, Hope, Ark.
