Joy Nell Dougan, age 83, of Blevins, Arkansas passed away on Friday, September 4, 2026, at home surrounded by family.

Mrs. Dougan was born on May 1, 1940, in McCaskill, Arkansas to her parents, George and Ida Cantrell Dougan. She loved going to the Senior Citizens Center in Prescott, playing bingo and visiting with all her friends there. She also loved drawing and her dog. She was a member of the Prescott Church of Christ.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Penny Dougan; and son, Victor Dougan.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Pam Bowden, Terri Dougan, Tracy Dougan, Greg Dougan; two sisters, Teresa Brown, Sherry Cross; along with numerous, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Family will have a private service at a later date.
