Mrs. Joyce Ann Haynes, 76, of Hope, Arkansas went to be with The Lord, after celebrating their 59th wedding anniversary. Joyce passed away, Saturday February 6, 2016 in Texarkana, Texas. Mrs. Haynes was born January 5, 1940, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Luther and Mildred Hughey Hammer. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters; Jerry Garvin, Jenny Stanton and Betty Hammer. She was a devoted wife, wonderful Mom and homemaker, also devoting many years to poultry farming. She was a member of A Place of Meeting Church in Perrytown, Arkansas. Mrs. Haynes had a great love for The Lord and for people. She always looked for the good in everyone.

Survivors include her husband, Douglas O.G. Haynes of Hope; two daughters, Cindy Lee McCoulf, husband Mike of Texarkana, Arkansas, their two sons; Billy Bowlus, Steven Bowlus, one grandson; Logan Bowlus Hernandez, their step-daughter, Sheree Miller, three step-grandchildren; Sarah, Savannah, and A.J. Miller, and three step-greatgrandchildren, all of California, daughter, Ginger Elaine Tolleson, husband Bill of Hope, their two sons, Ryan Tolleson of Hope, Will Tolleson of Bentonville , AR, two brothers; Alan Victory of Vilonia, and Terry Victory of Huntsville, AR , four sisters; Norma Clendenin, and Linda Parker both of Conway, AR, Tommy Sue Fulmer of Florida; Virgie Boyles of Branson, MO; other family members and friends.

Visitation, 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at Brazzel/ Oakcrest The Funeral Home.

Funeral service 10:00 am Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Brazzel/ Oakcrest The Funeral Home, with Bro. Nathaniel Crane and Bro. Jerry Crane officiating .
