Mrs. Joyce Ann Morrow, age 62 of Rosston, passed away, Monday, June 13, 2016 in Heather Manor Nursing Home & Rehabilitation.  Joyce was born in Austin, Arkansas on July 7, 1953 to William and Hazel Cook Payne. Mrs. Morrow was of the Baptist faith, and was a loving mother and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her parents William and Hazel Payne.

Her survivors include; daughter; Sandy Rusher, husband, Matthew of Rosston, a brother; David Payne of Wilton, Arkansas, two sisters; Shirley Payne and Terry Black  both of Texarkana, AR, two grandsons: Taylor Shonts and Matt Baker, three grandchildren, several nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

The Morrow Family has requested that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home to assist in expense.

Visitation will be 10:00am to noon on Friday, June 17, 2016 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 S Main Hope, AR.
