Mrs. Judy Samuels, age 63 of Hope passed away, Friday, March 8, 2013 at her home in Hope. Mrs. Samuels was born March 10, 1949 in Arkadelphia, Arkansas to Willie and Bessie Ammons Rash. She is retired office manager for the Pearson Eye Institute and a member of Garrett Memorial Baptist Church in Hope. She is preceded in death by her parents. Judy is survived by her devoted husband, of 22 years of marriage, Bobby Samuels of Hope, her son; Dusty Cobb, wife, Valarie of Prescott, step-sons; Ronnie Cobb of Austin, Arkansas and Leslie Cobb of Hope, Step-daughter; Diane Hinchecliff of Jackson, Mississippi, her brother; Billy Rash of Prescott, her sister; Patsy Garrett of McCaskill and two grandchildren; Andrew and Sarah Lynn Cobb, other family member and friends. Visitation will be Sunday, 2:00 to 4:00pm, at Brazzel/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope. Funeral service will be 3:00pm, Monday, March 11, 2013 at Brazzel/Oakcrest The Funeral Home Chapel with Bro.
