MRS. JUNE MARIE KEEL, 85, Washington, Arkansas, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, December 23, 2007, at the Baby June Ranch, Washington, Ark. She was born in New Brunswick, Canada on January 14, 1922, to Russell and Charlotte Long Elliott. She was a hair stylist for many years in Hope. Her patron thought very highly of her skills. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church, Hope, Ark. A faithful servant of Jesus Christ. Treasured by many and affectionately called Baby June always a smile which was contagious. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at Medical Park Hospital in Hope, Ark. She took pride in her yard and always had it groomed to perfection. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Keel, who died in 1993 and was an accomplished musician and singer. He was the very light of her life and together they were an adoring couple. June touched many lives and hearts with her radiant spirit and loving heart. In our hearts her memory will always be cherished and kept forever with no end. Her Survivors Include: One Stepson: Charles Keel and Della, Katy, Texas. Two Step-Granddaughters: Kristina and Kori Keel, Katy, Texas. Her Beloved Dog: Buffy. GRAVESIDE SERVICE will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 24, 2007, at Washington Cemetery, Washington, Ark., with Rev. Bobby Ragan officiating. Burial to follow.
