Ms. Karolyn Michelle Campbell, 44, of McCaskill, Arkansas, passed away Friday, May 29, 2009, in Bentonville, Arkansas. She was born in Columbus, Georgia on September 26, 1964, to Richard S. "Dick" Kale, III and Elsie L. "Picky" Hicks Kale. She was a clerk and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard S. "Dick" Kale, III. Survivors Include: Her Husband, Frederick Alan Campbell, Hope, Ark.; Two Sons: John Eddleman, III, Pleasanton, Calif. Stephen Richard Campbell, Carlsbad, Calif., Two Daughters: Allyson Elizabeth Eddleman, McCaskill, Ark., and Kari Ellen Campbell, Texarkana, Ark. One Brother: Edward R. "Eddy" Kale, Royse City, Texas.
