Mr. Kenneth "Ken" Eugene Allen, 58, of Emmet, Arkansas passed away Saturday, September 24, 2011 at his home in Emmet. Ken was born April 23, 1953 in Hope, Arkansas to D. E. "Gene" and Jeanette Byers Allen. He is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include; his daughter, Cynthia Meadows of El Dorado, Arkansas, his brother; Dr. Michael Allen of Bossier City, Louisiana, his sister; Karen Odell of Hope, other family member and friends also survive. A Memorial Service will be 2:00pm, Sunday, October 2, 2011 at Shover Springs Baptist Church. Bro. Larry Byers will officiate the service. Burial to follow in Shover Springs Cemetery.
