Mr. Kenneth Eugene Parker, age  78 of Hope, Arkansas, left his earthly home and entered into his forever home while surrounded by his siblings on Saturday 24, 2022, in Texarkana, Texas. Kenneth was a beloved brother, uncle and friend. Kenneth was born on August 26, 1944, in Senath, MO. Upon graduation from Benton High School, where he played football, he joined the United States Marine Corps. Kenneth served his country proudly as a Vietnam Veteran. In Kenneth's words, "He served so others wouldn't have to."

After returning home, he worked for Alcoa where he later retired. His family was very important to him. He loved everyone dearly and had a big heart and was a friend to all. He also loved his church family of Marlbrook Baptist Church in Blevins, AR. Kenneth was an avid St. Louis Cardinal baseball fan who enjoyed collecting memorabilia and rarely missed a game.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, I.L. and Amelda Parker, great niece, Shelby Seabaugh, and great-nephew, Parker Cooper and his best friend since childhood, Larry (Bear) Burton.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sister, Glenda (Wayne) Seabaugh of Hot Springs Village, AR. two brothers, David (Glynda) Parker of Hope, AR and Jimmy (Paula) Parker of Russellville, AR. He also leaves behind his extended family of loved ones, including 4 nephews, 4 nieces, 8 great-nephews, 8 great-nieces, 7 great-great-nephews and 4 great-great-nieces. He also held a special relationship with his neighbors, the George's.

Visitation will be 10:00am to 12:00pm on Wednesday September 28, 2022, at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest 1001 South Main St. Hope, Arkansas 71801.
