Larry N. Powell age 77 of Hope, Arkansas died January 24th, 2025. He was born July 7th, 1947, to Orville and Bernice Faris Powell. He was retired from the state of Arkansas and United States Army. He was a disabled Vietnam War Veteran. He was a member of Whitfield Masonic Lodge and a Baptist.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Rosita Powell as well as one sister Barbara Ann Cheshier, and sister-in-law Margaret Powell.

He leaves behind his loving memory for his family. This includes his children, Mark and Shelba Mullins, Mike and Donna Mullins, Melissa and Gary Hicks, and Jason Powell, his six grandchildren, Whitney and Jake Bunn, Jenna and Richard Henderson, Morgan and Ethan Musgrove, Tyler Glass, Caitlin Mullins, and Sophie Hicks, and eight great-grandchildren, Lora, Hadleigh, Wyatt, Kherington, Ella, Arabella. Samuel, and Paytlen. Three brothers; Donnie, James , and his twin Gary Powell.

Visitation will be Monday January 27, 2025  6 pm-8 pm at Brazzel- Oakcrest Chapel. Funeral service will be Tuesday January 28, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Brazzel-Oakcrest Chapel. Burial will follow In Memory Gardens Cemetery.
