Leon Adams, 77, of Hope, Arkansas passed away Tuesday June 13, 2023 in Hope, Ar.

Leon was born March 24, 1946 in Paraloma , Ar. to George Homer and Anna Belle Cooper Adams.  Leon was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and  retired from Tyson Foods.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son Lance Kidd, brothers, George and Thomas Adams, sister Mattie Faye Norman.

Survivors include his wife, Gale Hatch  Adams, daughters Theresa Hugg and Brian, Belinda Formby and Duane, and Cindy Kidd, son Ronald "Runt" Kidd and Donna, daughter-in-law, Rosa Kidd, sisters Barbara Wylie, Carolyn Ghormley and Charles, and Retha Powell. 17 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great- grandson, and numerous nieces  and nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday June 15, 2023 12:00 PM till 2:00 PM at The Bethany Baptist Church. Service will  follow at 2:00 PM at Bethany Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Mt. Nebo Cemetery. Services are under the direction of The Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home of Hope
