MR. LEROY HAWTHORNE, 72, of COLUMBUS, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2008 at his home. He was born on June 15, 1935, in Columbus, Ark. to Roy and Elter Clayton Hawthorne. He was a carpenter; a member of Columbus Baptist Church, Columbus, Ark.; an avid fisherman and hunter and musician. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 27 years, Etta Bell Hawthorne. HIS SURVIVORS INCLUDE: THREE SONS: Gary Hawthorne, Columbus, Ark.
