Mrs. Lorene Hunt Steed, 72 of Prescott, Arkansas passed away on Friday, December 17, 2010 in Medical Park Hospital in Hope, Arkansas. Mrs. Steed was the daughter of Raymond and Nona Mae Davis Hunt and was the wife of the late Cecil Pete Steed. She was a Home Maker and a member of the First Nazarene Church of Prescott, Arkansas. She is survived by her Son: Randy James Steed, Prescott, Arkansas, Daughters; Brenda Oliver and husband Keith, Brandon, Florida; Kay Purtle and husband, Rowdy, Prescott, Arkansas; her brother; Bryan Hunt and wife, Betty, Prescott, Arkansas; her two sisters; Lois Callaway, Gurdon, Arkansas and Jean McNeeley, Mobile, Alabama; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and her Special niece; Paula Collins, Roebuck, South Carolina. Family to receive friends on Sunday, December 19, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM on Monday, December 20, 2010 at the First Nazarene Church in Prescott. Pastor Charlie Bechtold and Pastor Mike Steed will officiate.
