MR. LUTHER L. POTTS, 83, of Hope, Arkansas passed away Sunday, July 1, 2007, at his home. He was born on July 24, 1923, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Luther Erwin Potts and Laverne Mary Potts. He was a maintenance man at Best Western of Hope, Ark. He was a member of First Lutheran Church of Texarkana, Texas. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris McCommey Potts, who died in 1977; by one daughter, Deloris Goshorn; and by one sister, Rosemary Putman. HIS SURVIVORS INCLUDE: THREE SONS: Bobby R. Potts and Alexis, Sand Springs, Okla; Lee Mitchell and Isabel, Crosby, Texas; Arnold J. Potts and Janet, Texarkana, Texas. TWO DAUGHTERS: Linda Lee Mitchell, Hope, Ark. Dorene Lee Potts Mosier and Tim, Guernsey, Ark. TWO BROTHERS: Leonard Potts, Houston, TX Luther Potts, Mannford, Okla.
