Mrs. Margaret Alice Ward Ivey, age 88 of Prescott, Arkansas passed away, Tuesday, September 12, 2017 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Mrs. Ivey was born in Prescott on August 27, 1929 to Sidney Ray and Mary Barnes Ward.  She is a retired Ceramic Maker, working with Arts and Crafts, and she was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Prescott, Arkansas. She is the widow of George Ivey, who she was married to for fifty-three years.  She is also, preceded in death by her parents; Sidney Ray and Mary Ward, and a brother; Everett Ward.

Survivors include; a daughter and son-in-law; Martha Smith, and husband, Gary of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, a grand-daughter; Holly Wooten and her husband, Collin of Fayetteville, Arkansas and a sister-in-law; Anice Ward of Prescott.

Per the wishes of Mrs. Ivey there will be no formal visitation or funeral service.
