Mark Allen Collins, age 53, of Emmet, Arkansas, passed away on Wednesday September 13, 2023, in Texarkana. Born on November 8, 1969, to Billy and Patsy Collins. He was a maintenance operator at Wadley Regional Hospital. He is preceded in death by his mother Patsy Collins.

Surviving him is his father, Billy Collins, wife Retha Collins of Texarkana, AR, two daughters Dusty and Josie Collins, brother Michael Collins (Tanya) of Arkadelphia, AR, sister Michelle Payton of Diana, TX, and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be Saturday September 16, 2023, at 10:00 AM at Watercreek Cemetery in Guernsey with Bro. Ernie Sorrells officiating.
