Mr. Marvin Ellis Capps, 60 of Hope, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at his home. Mr. Capps was born October 28, 1951 in Myrtle Creek, Oregon to Wylie and Rosie M. Barnett Capps. Mr. Capps is a retired employee for the City of Prescott and a Baptist. He is preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Capps is survived by his brother, Patrick Capps of Hope, Arkansas, his aunts, Rubina Tucker of Temple, Oklahoma, Vida Faye Duckworth of Tucson, Arizona, Joann Wilson and Ima Lee Ham both of Oakdale, California, his uncle, James Capps of Riverbank, California and numerous cousins and friends. Funeral service for Mr. Capps will be 2:00pm, Sunday, January 29, 2012 at Brazzel/Cornish The Funeral Home Chapel in Prescott, Arkansas. Rev. Mark Fischer will officiate the service.
