Mrs. Mary Jefferies, 77 of Washington, AR passed away, Monday, October 31 in a Texarkana, TX hospital. She was born June 30, 1934 in Hope, Arkansas to William Clarence and Bessie Irene Watkins Tyler. Mrs. Jefferies was a member of a non-denominational home fellowship. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, James Tyler. Her survivors include her devoted husband, Ronald R. Jefferies of Washington, two daughters; Judy Jefferies Jones and husband, Wade of Park, Arkansas, Susan Jefferies Parker and husband, Todd of Washington, Arkansas, sister, Dorothy Louise Hahn of Washington, six grandchildren; Jonathan Jones, Katie Pennington, Amanda Jones, Tyler Jones, Troy Parker and Corey Parker and great-grandchild, Olivia Parker. The Jefferies Family will receive friends, 6:00 to 8:00pm, Tuesday, November 1 at Brazzel/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope. Funeral service for Mrs. Jefferies will be 10:00am, Wednesday, November 2 at the chapel of Brazzel/Oakcrest The Funeral Home in Hope. Mr. LaRon Branson and Mr. Tom Davis will officiate the service.
