Mrs. Neoma Murphy, age 88, of Nashville, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at her home in Nashville. She was born July 7, 1924 in Hempstead County, Arkansas to Sandifur and Ethel Percell Dudney. Mrs. Murphy was a retired Administrative Assistant with the Texas State Department of Education and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Henry C. Murphy, Jr., a brother, Bill Dudney and a sister, Georgia Ruth Pinegar. Mrs. Murphy is survived by a nephew, Mike Pinegar of Nashville, two nieces, Nancy Ann Dudney of Raleigh, North Carolina and Marianne Dudney of Montgomery, Alabama and her care giver Cathy Mason of Nashville. Graveside service for Mrs. Murphy will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, May 5, at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Hope, Arkansas, Bro. Jimmy Dale officiating.
