Mrs. MILDRED DAVIS FRIDAY, 92, Magnolia, Arkansas (formerly of Hope, Arkansas), passed away on Wednesday, August 4, 2010, at Life Touch Hospice in El Dorado, Arkansas. She was born March 1, 1918, in Hempstead County, Arkansas, to Charles H. Hinton and Mary Owen Davis. She was a homemaker, mother, piano teacher for twenty plus years and a member of Garrett Memorial Baptist Church, Hope, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband William Reaves Friday and one son William Norman Friday. Her Survivors Include: One Son: James Ronald Friday and Debbie, Magnolia, Arkansas. One Brother: Wallace Davis, Texarkana, Arkansas. Four Sisters: Imogene French, Dighton, Kansas; Wilma Lee, San Diego, California; Joyce Davis, Albertville, Alabama; Frances Patterson, Hope, Arkansas. Five Grandchildren: Robin Friday and Greg Spradlin, Little Rock, Arkansas; Nicole Friday, Bossier City, Louisiana; Christina Inger and Todd, Jacksonville, Florida; Brian Friday, San Diego, California; Keenan Friday, Magnolia, Arkansas. Five Great-Grandchildren, Stella, Ian, Austin, Eryka and Scott. And several nephews, nieces, other family and friends. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 7, 2010, at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home Chapel, Hope, Arkansas, with Rev. Jim Sayers officiating. Burial to follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Hope, Arkansas. Arrangements by BRAZZEL/Oakcrest The Funeral Home, Hope, Arkansas. Family will receive friends: Friday, August 6, 2010, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Brazzel/Oakcrest The Funeral Home, Hope, Arkansas.
