Obituary

Mrs. Mildred Johnson, 102 of Prescott, Arkansas passed away, Saturday, May 26, 2012 in Prescott, Arkansas. She was born December 23, 1909 in Emmet, Arkansas, one of twelve children born to Oliver Terrell and Mary Francisco Ingersoll. Mrs. Johnson was a home maker and a member of Central Baptist Church in Prescott. She loved to quilt, cook, sew and look after the needs of her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William Henry Johnson, four sons; Milburn, Wilburn, Jimmie Dale and William Dickie Johnson, her six brothers and five sisters. She is survived by two sons; Jack Johnson and wife; Georgia and Melvin Doug Johnson and wife, Carrol all of Prescott, her two daughters; Velma Joyce Boone and husband, Mason of El Paso, Texas and Barbara Gay Shelton and husband, Donald of Hope, 15 grandchildren and a host of great and great-great grandchildren other family members and friends. Visitation for Mrs. Johnson will be 6:00 to 8:00pm on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at Brazzel/Cornish The Funeral Home of Prescott. Funeral service for Mrs. Johnson, 10:00am, Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at Brazzel/Cornish The Funeral Home. Rev. Frank Henson will officiate the service.
