Miss Muriel Tackette, age 87 of Prescott, Arkansas, passed away Sunday August 28, 2022 in Prescott.  She was born May 16, 1935, to Thomas Lawrence and Lillian Grace Davis Tackette.

Muriel was a dedicated to her faith and member of the First Assembly of God Church.  She all loved birthdays, Christmas, Dr. Peppers and Pizza. Her home for the last 28 years has been Southern Pines Nursing Home where she loved to have visitors.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Lillian Tackette; and a brother, Terrell Tackette. Survivors include two sisters, Norma McKelvey of Texarkana, AR and Evelyn Murrah and husband Buddy of Sutton, AR; numerous nieces and nephews; and her family at Southern Pines Nursing Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Nevada County Cancer Society.

Visitation will be 12:30pm to 1:30pm Tuesday August 30, 2022, at BRAZZEL/Cornish 1196 HWY 371 Prescott, Arkansas 71857

Graveside service will be 2:00pm on Tuesday  August 30, 2022, at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery with Bro. Jerry Hightower officiating. Burial to follow.
