Obituary

Miss Myrtle Black, 91, Hope, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, July 27, 2010, at Medical Park Hospital, Hope, Arkansas. She was born November 25, 1918, in Taskahoma, Oklahoma, to John Washington and Levicie Emma Rowton Black. She was retired seamstress from Shanhouse Company and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers; Newt Black, Hubert Black, and Clarence Black; three sisters: Bethie Coleman, Nettie Black and Fannie Black. Her Survivors Include numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. GRAVESIDE SERVICES will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 31, 2010, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Hope, Arkansas, with Rev. Charles Jones officiating. Burial to follow. Arrangements by BRAZZEL/Oakcrest The Funeral Home, Hope, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children Hospital, 800 Marshall Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72202
