Mrs. Nancy Katzer, age 69 of Perrytown, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2017 in Texarkana, Texas.  Mrs. Katzer was born on January 31, 1948 in Oakland, California to Hughey Osburn and Ruby E. Ogle Parrish. She was of the Christian Faith and a retired self-storage Vice-President.  She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Mrs. Katzer is survived by very special and devoted friends, Marge and husband, John Caputo of Yelm, Washington, two brothers; Charles Parrish, wife Melinda of Perrytown, Arkansas, William Parrish, wife Linda of Tacoma, Washington, other family member and friends.
