Mrs. Nancy Rosetta Stephens Harbin, age 63 of Emmet, Arkansas passed away, Wednesday, March 29, 2017 in Texarkana, Texas. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on September 27, 1953 to Randall Watson and Mary Madgeline Wristen Stephens.  She was a member of the Grace Baptist Church of Hope and worked locally in the poultry business. She is predeceased by her parents Randall Watson and Mary Madgeline Stephens, two brothers; Paul and Donald Stephens, and a sister; Patsy Stephens.

She is survived by her special friend and partner; Ralph Jimenex of Emmet, four brothers; Randall Stephens, Jr. of Lonoke, Arkansas, Gerry Stephens, Sr., his wife, Mary of Hope, Bobby Stephens, his wife, Glenda of Blevins and David Stephens, his wife, Shelly of DeAnn, her two sisters; Donna Stephens, her husband, Cecil of Hope and Sarah Emmons, her husband, Scott of McKinleyville, California and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00pm on Friday, March 31, 2017 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 South Main Hope, AR.
