Mrs. Nora Jones , age 78 of Maud, Texas passed away, Monday, August 14, 2017 in St. Michael's Hospital, Texarkana, Texas.  She was born July 22, 1939 to Adele Breaux and Henry LaJaunie. She was a House wife, Mother and member of Moss Spring Baptist Church in New Boston, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents and eight brothers: Myrtle, Nolan, Easton, Paul, Huey LaJaunie and Pat, Lionel and Harold LeBlanc.

She is survived by : Her husband, of 58 years, Ronald E. Jones, Maud, TX; Three Sons:  Kevin Clark Jones and wife Kimberly, Redwater, TX. Jerry Lynn Jones and Mary Lou, Maud, TX. Ronald Earl Jones II. and Heather Sloan Jones, Fayetteville, AR. One Brother:  Russell LaJaunie, Plano, TX. One Sister, Jacquelyn Aucoin, Amelia, LA.; and Nine Grandchildren:  Kailee Jones, Kadin Jones, Colin Jones, Sloan Jones, Jacob Jones and wife Jessica , Joshua Jones and fiancee Brieanna Montgomery, Kristen Jones, Joseph Jones, Jordan Jones; and Two Great-Grandchildren:  Emma Jones and Ella Jones.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Jones will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 16, 2017, at Brazzel/Oakcrest The Funeral Home, Hope, AR. Burial to follow in Snell Cemetery, Emmet, AR. Visitation : Begins at 1:00 prior to the service and until the service begins
