Mrs. Norma Fay Harris, 88 of Texarkana, Arkansas passed away, Thursday, September 27, 2012 in a local hospital. Mrs. Harris was born on May 5, 1924 in Marshall, Texas to Hughie and Arlie May Townsend Bowen. She is a member of Beech Street Baptist Church in Texarkana, Arkansas, a home maker and a apartment and motel manager, member of VFW Post 4562 Auxiliary and Fraternal Order of Eagles--Ladies Auxiliary. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Ellis Harris and a brother; Hughie Bowen, Jr. She is survived by her son; David Harris of Texarkana, Arkansas, her daughter; Arlie Morris of Texarkana, Arkansas, two grandchildren: Robert Morris and Marilyn Hardin, three great-grandchildren: Jennie Hardin, Ryan Morris and Dylan Morris, many nieces and nephews also survive.
