Mr. O B Chance, 84 of Hope, Arkansas passed away Friday, April 2, 2010, in Hope. Mr. Chance was born December 22, 1925, in Heber Springs, Arkansas to Ferman Walter and Mamie Beck Chance. He was a roofer and an Army Veteran, having received two bronze stars and a purple heart. He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson. HIS SURVIVORS INCLUDE: HIS WIFE: Mary Margaret Powell Chance, Hope, Ark. ONE DAUGHTER: Jo Anne Rouse, Karnack, Texas. ONE SON: LeRoy Chance and Donna, Houston, Texas ONE BROTHER: Floyd Chance, Crossroad, Arkansas. And a Grandson, other relatives and friends. GRAVESIDE SERVICES will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 5, 2010, at Betts Cemetery, Hope, Arkansas with Rev. Charles Jones officiating. Burial will follow.
