Mrs. Ohal Jenice "GeGe" Applegate, age 51, of Prescott, Arkansas, passed away Friday July 5, 2013 at Christus St. Michaels Health Center, in Texarkana. She was born April 5, 1962 in Prescott, Arkansas to Jerry, and Dorothy Kirkham Hendrix. Mrs. Applegate was a homemaker and was a member of Boughton Baptist Church, in Boughton. She was a loving wife, mother, and most of all a devoted grandmother. Mrs. Applegate was preceded in death by a daughter Jennifer Foster, and, a nephew Joshua "Braith" Egger. Mrs. Applegate is survived by her husband, of 22 years Delbert Applegate, son Bryan Applegate and wife Laura of Prescott, Arkansas, daughters, Amanda Wheeler and husband Chris of Stonewall, Louisiana, Tiffany Rogers and husband Tony of Prescott, Arkansas, and Dusty Applegate of Prescott, Arkansas. Parents Jerry and Dorothy Kirkham Hendrix of Prescott, Arkansas. Brother, Bud Hendrix, of Prescott, Arkansas, sister, Teresa Smith and husband Dean of Blevins, Arkansas, and Eleven Grandchildren. Visitation will be 2:00 to 4:00pm, Sunday July 7, 2013 at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home. Funeral services for Mrs. Applegate, will be 10:00am, Monday, July 8, 2013 at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Neil Ridling, and Bro. Tony Rogers officiating.
