Mrs. Opal Woolley, 84 of Livingston, Texas, a native of Prescott, Arkansas passed away, July 4, 2012 in Lufkin, Texas. Mrs. Woolley was born in Prescott, Arkansas on, Sunday, October 23, 1927 to Oscar and Grace Stivers. She had resided in Livingston, Texas for the past 28 years. For 24 years she served others as a nurse. She is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Kenneth Hoarse, brothers, Ted and Charles (Jody) Stivers, her sisters; Bettie and Dorothy Niemeyer. Survivors include; two sons; Kenneth Woolley and wife, Susan of Texarkana, Arkansas and Milton Woolley of North Glenn, Colorado, her three daughters; Gwen Baggs and husband, Jim of Murfreesboro, Arkansas, Alana Green and husband, James of Livingston, TX and Karen Cox of North Glenn, Colorado, her two sisters; Judy Parnell and husband, Eddie of Pensacola, Florida and Mary Page of Cleveland, TX, Sister-in-laws; Laverne Stivers of Murfreesboro, Arkansas, Barbara Stivers of Wichita Falls, TX., 16 grandchildren, several greatgrandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews , other family and friends. A graveside service for Mrs. Woolley, will be 11:00am, Monday, July 9, 2012 at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery at Prescott. Local arrangements are by Brazzel/Cornish The Funeral Home of Prescott.
