Ottilie Ratliff (Tilly) was born October 30, 1936 in Czechoslovakia and passed from this life, Wednesday, May 03, 2023 in Prescott, AR at the age of 86. She was a resident of Newport News Va where she retired from Howmitt Corp. making aircraft parts.

Her beloved family, late husband Briant, and dog Jackson were Tilly's true joy. She had a large family but no matter who visited she always made them feel special savoring every minute until it was time to go. She loved with a big heart and her family adored her.

She loved America, flowers, working in her yard, cleaning house, listening to gospel CD's and her birds. Oh how she loved to feed the birds in her yard. She would sit on her back porch for hours watching them. Her beautiful back yard filled with birds and flowers was her happy place.

She doted on her beloved dog Jackson, he was her companion and she loved him dearly.

She is proceeded in death by her U.S. Army Retired husband Briant Ratliff.

She is survived by her children and their families: Daughter Elizabeth (Liz)Reel, Son William (Billy) Hicks, Son James Hicks, Son Michael (Mike) Hicks, Daughter Margaret (Maggie) Meilleur, and Son Daniel (Danny) Hicks. She had seventeen (17) grandchildren, forty-five (45) great grandchildren and three (3) great - great grandchildren. Sister Erica Sutter and her husband Rudy, and Brother Adolf Lang.
