Mrs. Patricia Kay Butler Lach age 69 of Hope passed away Sunday August 30, 2015 in Hope. She was born December 7, 1945 in Hope, Arkansas to Warren and Louise Calhoon Butler. Patricia is a retired teacher. She was a Baptist, member of Arkansas Education Association, National Teacher Association, and Retired Teacher Association. She is preceded in death by her father. Survivors include; one daughter Kristen Formby Crittenden of Texarkana, Arkansas, two sisters; Pamela Yantis husband Marshall of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Janet Green husband Rick of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, mother; Louise Calhoon Butler Tarpley, Hope, Arkansas, three grandchildren; Kelsi Kay Triplett Mixon of Redwater, TX, Kace Triplett and Alex Crittenden both of Texarkana, AR, four great-grandchildren; McKenzie, Caden, Keeli and Ryder all of Redwater, TX, other family members and friends. The family suggests that memorial contributions can be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation at www.msfocus.org. No family visitation. Funeral service for Mrs. Patricia Kay Butler Lach will be 11:00am, Tuesday September 1, 2015 at Brazzel/Oakcrest, with Charles Jones officiating. Private family burial will follow later.
