Patsy Ann Burke (Rea), 84 of Hope Arkansas went home peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior. Saturday June 19th, 2021 with her loving husband of 63 years by her side. She was born April 19th 1937 in Poplar Bluff, MO. She was a long-time member of White Oak Grove Missionary Church in DeAnn. She was a Registered Nurse, and worked several years at Baptist Hospital and then as a team supervisor at Arkansas Rehabilitation Institute, in Little Rock until she retired and moved to the DeAnn community full time. Patsy was a devoted wife and mother who enjoyed being a homemaker and arranging flowers for her church. She loved the lord, church and she will be sorely missed by her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Willis Wilburn and Sylvia Robinson Rea, brother, Charles Dean Rea, wife Fran, sister, Phyliss L Paxton-Williams, husband Stanley H. Paxton, sister, Carol Jean Rea.
Survivors include: husband, Thomas E. Burke, son Thomas P. Burke, wife Tess of DeAnn, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Logan E. Boone, wife Rachael and their children Tallon, Payton and Jerrison of Queen City, Texas, Nolan R. Boone, wife Ashley of Texarkana, Arkansas, Elise Simmons (Boone) husband Will, daughter Juniper Belle of Yuba City, California.
Visitation will be 1:00pm to 2:00pm on Tuesday June 22, 2021, at White Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church 314 Hwy 332 East, Hope, Arkansas 71801
Funeral service and interment will be 2:00pm Tuesday June 22, 2021, at White Oak Grove Missionary Church in DeAnn with Bro. John Nations, Bro.Dennis Wilson and Herbert Kitchens officiating. Burial will follow in White Oak Grove Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of BRAZZEL/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope, Eddie Brazzel, Director.
