Mrs. Paula Mullins, age 76 of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021, in Texarkana, Texas. Paula was born on June 23, 1945 in Norman Arkansas, to Claude and Nelax "Sis" Ponder Waggoner. She was a member of Shover Springs Baptist Church and a homemaker. Paula worked for many businesses in Hope including Main Fashions, Moon's Jewelry, Small World and Dr. Craig Davis Pediatric Clinic. She devoted her spare time to being the director of Ms. Southwest Beauty Pageant and being a life time member to Junior Auxiliary. She was a loving devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Chuck Mullins; three brothers, Bobby Brandon, Gene Waggoner, Jackie Waggoner and sister, Freida Hull.

Survivors include: son, Greg Mullins, Hope, Arkansas; two daughters, Sharon Caldwell (John) Hope, Arkansas, Denise Reynolds (Stan) Dallas, Texas; seven grandchildren, Josh, Katie, Alex, Ethan, Caleb, Amberlyn, Austin; thirteen great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00pm Saturday, September 25, 2021, at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest 1001 South Main Hope, Arkansas 71801

Graveside service will be 2:00pm Sunday, September 26, 2021, at Black Springs Cemetery, Norman, Arkansas, with Bro. Eric Barbaree officiating. Burial will follow.
