Mrs. Peggy Ann Dougan, age 73 of Hope, Arkansas passed away, Sunday, May 11, 2014 at her home in Hope. She was born November 21, 1940 in Prescott, Arkansas to Cyril Lafayette and Rosa Belle Ingersol Oren. She was the Manager of the Martin Apartments and a Baptist. She was a very loving and caring woman to all that knew her and she loved her family much. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charles Dougan of 31 years. Her survivors include; son; Ricky Dougan, wife, Deanna of Hope, daughter; Cindy Webb, husband, Gary of Elgin, Oklahoma, sister; Debbie Morgan of Houston, Texas, nine grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and her beloved dog, Dufus, other family members and friends. Visitation; 6:00 to 8:00pm, Tuesday, May 13 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home. Funeral service, 2:00pm, Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home Chapel in Hope.
