Mrs. Peggy Rowe Powell, age 66 of Spring Hill , Arkansas passed away Saturday, January 14, 2017 at her home.  Peggy was born in Hope , Arkansas on November 4, 1950 to James Richard "Doc" and Betty Sue McCorkle Rowe.

She was owner operator of Peggy's Beauty Salon and a member of Unity Baptist Church . Peggy was a loving devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Rodney Powell and son Richard Powell.

Survivors include; one son; Gary Powell, wife Kryste of Spring Hill one brother; Kenny Rowe, wife Beverly of Hope, Arkansas, five grandchildren; Karsyn Powell and Russ Pendergrass of  Hope, Arkansas, Kobey Powell of Spring Hill, Lauren Powell of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Rodney Powell of Dallas, Texas, one great grandchild Kaydence Pendergrass and numerous relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Monday, January 16, 2017 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 South Main St. Hope, Arkansas 71801.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm on Tuesday, January 17, 2107 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Chapel with Bro. Glenn Tropp and Rev. Revel Kidd officiating. Burial will follow in Anderson Cemetery in Spring Hill.
