MRS. PHYLLIS KAY THOMAS, 45, of DeAnn, Arkansas, passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2007 at her home. She was born on May 4, 1962, in Lewisville, Ark. To Otha and Clara Bell Moore Simmons. She was a homemaker and a member of Word of Faith Church, Blevins, Ark. She was preceded in death by her father, Otha Simmons and one granddaughter, Journi K. Pittman.
