Mr. Ray Donald Billingsley, 75, of Gurdon, (Formerly of Prescott, Arkansas) passed from this life to the next on Friday morning, October 17, 2008, in Arkadelphia at the Twin Rivers Health and Rehabiliation Center. He was born on October 15, 1933, in Prescott, Ark., to Hugh A. and Ethel Lee Billingsley. He was a retired Bus Driver for 18 + yrs with Continental Trailways and owner/operator of Rays Repair Muffler Shop for 20 + yrs. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents; and by two brothers, Henry and Glen Billingsley. HIS SURVIVORS INCLUDE: THREE SONS: Rocky Ray Billingsley and Michelle, Denton, Texas Ricky Don Billingsley and Ella, Prescott, Ark. Ralph Billingsley, Little Rock, Ark. TWO DAUGHTERS; Teresa Mae Bird and Randy, Gurdon, Ark. Susan Wade and Dwayne, Arkadelphia, Ark. ONE BROTHER: Burl Billingsley, Tatom, Texas. ONE SISTER: Jessie Mae Milam Armstrong and Lee, Longview, Texas. Seven Grandchildren: Sharee Evans, Nicole Billingsley, Hugh Billingsley, Kevin Bird, Tina Inskeep, Brandon Wade and Lauren Wade. And Six Great-Grandchildren and Several Nieces and Nephews, Other Relatives and Friends. GRAVESIDE SERVICES will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 19, 2008, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Prescott, Ark., with Rev. Billy Joe Christopher officiating. Burial will follow.
