Obituary

Mrs. Rhodia Alberta Bazzelle, age 89, of Hope, Arkansas departed this life on Friday, September 26, 2014. She was born July 7, 1925 in Wabbaseka, Arkansas to the late Reverend James and Octavia Clark. Rhodia was a home-maker, she also worked outside of the home as a cook, seamstress and as a house-keeper. She loved gardening, fishing and sitting outdoors. Rhodia had a special love for her family. Rhodia was preceded in death by her parents; James and Octavia Clark, her husband, Murl F. Bazzelle, five sons: Jerry, Burl, Willie, James C., James W., and one daughter; Darlene, two brothers; Alphonsy and James E. and one sister; Ormer. Rhodia leaves behind; two sons; Larry Bazzelle (Marie) and Bobby R. Bazzelle (Gloria) all of Little Rock, five daughters; Netty Pace (Freddie), Edith Hendrix, Rhodia L. Bazzelle all of Little Rock, Arkansas, Murlean Bazzelle of Hope and Annatta James (Christopher) of Hope, Arkansas; eighteen grandchildren, forty-one great grandchildren and a host of family and friends. Viewing hours for Mrs. Bazzelle 1:00 to 5:00pm, Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home in Hope. Funeral service, 10:00am, Friday, October 3, 2014 at the Washington Temple COGC in Hope. Pastor Hazel Washington will officiate the service.
