Obituary

Mrs. Robbie Ray Perkins passed from this life into the Haven of Rest on Thursday,July 17, 2008. She was born on May 18, 1932 to Dewitt and Sally Allen Ray of Kilbourne, Louisiana. She was co-owner of the Safe Lock and Key Company in Hope where she was in charge of daily operation for about 25 years. She was a homemaker, loving wife and mother. Robbie is survived by: Her Husband (of fifty-three years) Norman Perkins, Hope, Ark. Other survivors are: One Daughter: Vickie and Steve Williamson, Ashdown, Arkansas; One Son: Gary and Kay Perkins, Russellville, Arkansas. Four Grandchildren: Dustin and Caneta Boman, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee; Darrin Boman, Murfreesboro, Tennessee; Stephanie Williamson and Cody Williamson, both of Ashdown, Arkansas. Two Sisters: Mary Lee and J. R. Bishop, Monticello, Louisiana and Eloise Cochran, Washington, Arkansas; Two Brothers: Arnold and Sherry Ray, Mustang, Oklahoma and Eddie and Marie Ray, Houma, Louisiana, and a host of nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Nazarene Church where she served as a Sunday School Teacher for about 30 years. She will be surely missed by her husband and family, but we know Gods grace is sufficient for our every need. Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 19, 2008, Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home Chapel, Hope, with Rev. Arlie Kyzer of Atlanta, Texas and Rev. Carolyn Benesh of Texarkana, Texas officiating. Burial to follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Hope. Arrangements under the direction of Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home, Hope. Family will receive friends: on Friday, July 18, 2008, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home, Hope, Ark
