MR. ROY BRIANT ROBERTS, 92, of Hope, Arkansas, passed away on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at Green Acres Nursing Home in Emory, TX. He was born in DeAnn, Ark. on October 28, 1914 to Lafayette and Lucy OSteen Roberts. He was a retired cattle and soybean farmer and former fireman at the Camden Naval Base, Camden, Ark. He was a Navy and Army Veteran, a Methodist and he loved to garden. He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Wiggins Roberts. HIS SURVIVORS INCLUDE: ONE SON: Gerald Roberts, Ashdown, Ark. TWO DAUGHTERS: Patricia Roberts Durbin, Texarkana, Ark. Linda Roberts McBride, Edgewood, Texas. ONE SISTER: Margie Lotz, Lindale, Texas. EIGHT GRANDCHILDREN, TWELVE GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN, AND ONE GREAT-GREAT-GRAND-SON.
