Mr. Sam McKamie, age 30 of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2016.  Sam was born in Texarkana, Texas on July 28, 1985 to Robert and Rebeca Sumner McKamie.  He was the General Manager of Red River Heat and Air and a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Hope. Sam is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother; Janet Sue McKamie and his maternal grandparents; Thomas C. and Toni Sumner.

Survivors include; his parents; Robert and Rebecca McKamie of Fulton, Arkansas, a son; Blake Alexander McKamie, a brother; John Odom of Hope and his paternal grandfather; Bobby C. McKamie of Guernsey, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Hope, 701 South Main St. Hope, AR  71801.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00pm, Thursday, April 28, 2016 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 South Main St.

Funeral service will be 10:00am, Friday, April 29, 2016 at the First Presbyterian Church in Hope, with Rev. Kathleen Hignight officiating.
