Bro. Starling Aaron Jr., 86 of Hope, Arkansas passed away Friday, April 15, 2011 at Medical Park Hospital in Hope. Bro. Aaron was born, Friday, May 2, 1924 in Spring Hill, Arkansas to Starling Aaron Sr. and Mary Molly Turnage Aaron. He was a retired Church of Christ minister and he preached in this area for over 54 years. Bro. Aaron also retired from Big Three Industries in Houston, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Everett and Arlice Aaron; three sisters, Bethia Cox, Renee Bryant, and Bernice Dockenborf, two grandchildren; James Starling Aaron and Malissa Satterwhite. His survivors include; his wife of 68 years, Veola Burns Aaron; One Daughter, Nancy Bailey and Steve of Magnolia, Arkansas; Five Sons, Joe Aaron and Hilda of Houston, Texas, Gary Aaron and Cathy of Hope, Arkansas, Philip Aaron and Imelda of Galveston, Texas, Bobby Aaron and Adonnia of Hope, Arkansas, Richard Aaron and Katrina of Houston, Texas; One Brother, Coyle Aaron and Rikki, of Chicago, Illinois; One Sister, Jimmie Atkins and Kenny of Hope, Arkansas; Ten Grandchildren; Fourteen Great-grandchildren; One Great-great Grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 18, 2011 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home Chapel, Hope, Arkansas with Bro. Ronnie Freeman and Bro. Harold Freeman officiating. Burial to follow in Central Cemetery, Hope, Arkansas. Family will receive friends Sunday, April 17, 2011 at 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home, Hope, Arkansas.
