Mrs. Stella Belle DeWoody Pittman, 98, of Prescott, Arkansas, passed away on Monday, August 9, 2010, at Medical Park Hospital in Hope, Arkansas. She was born November 26, 1911, to James Newton and Lena Estella Godley DeWoody, in Cale, Arkansas. She was a secretary and member of First Baptist Church of Prescott, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Arlice Pittman, two brothers Hugh DeWoody, John Vess DeWoody, and one sister Zula Walker-Keith. Her Survivors Include: Three Nieces: Stella Edwards and Jim, Emerson, Arkansas; Martheta Horn and Mickey, Hot Springs, Arkansas; Jane Walters and Gene, Duncan, Oklahoma. One Nephew: Jerry Walker and Mitzie, Emerson, Arkansas And a host of great nieces, great nephews, other family and friends. FUNERAL SERVICES will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 13, 2010 at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home Chapel , Prescott, Arkansas, with Rev. Jerry G. Westmoreland and Rev. Frank Henson officiating.
